Anyone might know can help me, I need to buy 21 tickets but you can only buy 10 in one go.
Will I be able to buy 10, and then after the purchase, buy 10 more in a second purchase, or will it tell me I can’t buy any more?
Or should I just email Shane and say I need 21 tickets in the same section can you help me with that?
I’d email Shane with the whole story of your students. Can he do something about Ticketek, not sure but def worth trying asap. Even call him.

All good, the club helping out and ensuring a group of 23 are coming along for Thursday night.
It will be one of our smallest crowds ever surely but I always have a great time at ACL games.

Like, I can’t imagine the Redmayne kids being allowed to stay up that late on a school night and Mr and Mrs Lacey will probably be glad to have an evening without little Joey under their feet…

How will you be documenting the appearances in this tournament @Rowdy ?
As a separate competition to the ACL we have competed before, or an overall “Asian football competition” appearances category? Or both?

It’ll be a separate competition.
I have been thinking about implementing a broader categorisation of tournaments (e.g. domestic league; domestic cup; continental) for aggregation purposes, but haven’t done it yet. It is possible to look up those aggregated stats by manually selecting a group of tournaments here - Match search – SFC Statistics

I will copy you, I was wondering about whether to just have a “Sydney FC in Asia” list or have separate comp lists.
Unlike you and your incredible site, I just keep updating simple word document lists, that I update week by week at full time. I started in 2010 and I just can’t stop now.

Depends what you want to get out of it - I’d say “Sydney FC in Asia” stats would usually be more of interest than comp-specific stats, but I guess my philosophy is that you can achieve both by keeping them separate. I even have the ACL qualifying as a separate “tournament” (as I would for the pre-32 Aus Cup if we ever land there) for a similar reason.

First real game of the season, after having made huge signings, including the biggest non-Del Piero signing we’ve ever made, home opener in a continental tournament.
Fuck all buzz. It’s really incredible.
Anyway, I reckon we’ll line up pretty similarly to our cup game.
