God I hope we get a half decent crowd for this one. It’s frustrating that a lot of supporters dont take our Asian games seriously.
It’s not just us, it’s most of the confederation. Nobody cares about these competitions.
For example in our group, Sanfrecce had crowds of 6k, 12k, 9k for their ACL2 home games. Their average crowd for the J.League season was just under 25k.

If we get 6k I’ll be impressed, and that’s with hopefully a decent away turnout. We’d get like 4k max at Kogarah.
Finishing work, going for a quiet beer and a meal in the city then going straight to the football is a pretty solid way to end the day. You don’t get that same experience at Kogarah which feels more like a chore.
