Veart should probably be out at the end of the season. He’s done alright over the last few years but I feel like he’s lost his midas touch with the squad. He’s probably had to expend a lot of energy trying to man-manage such young squads, especially Irankunda.

The problem with Adelaide binning Carl Veart is that he’s a pretty good coach and would do a decent job out in Parramatta.
Incredible effort from Grozos on that late Taggart equaliser, somehow he’s jumped for it but his forehead has ended up lower than normal standing height. 
I wonder if Taggart is open to the idea of winning something…

He’s done a fair job of avoiding being in a team challenging for titles thus far. I think he’s got another 2 seasons in his current contract, too. Maybe he likes being a big fish in a small pond.
Though it’s obviously close in top 2 (same on points, Mariners with one more wins than Nix and better GD). I think they have the momentum for the Plate. GF is still wide open, IMO.

Gonna be an expensive payout for Wests. They’ve wasted what - maybe $1m on Ninkovic? If they want to payout Rudan for 3 years that’s probably another $1m down the drain.
