The context must be within getting the call up from Arnie to go to the World Cup, so then if it is true, it is very odd that an agent and player, one who is playing for a Serie A club, would not back their ability to go to the World Cup and perform… it is the opposite to how Kuol carries himself. So usually if something doesn’t make much sense like this I would call b.s.
Nothing about what he’s saying makes any sense. Going by what he’s saying, it almost sounds like Tony Basha didn’t want him playing for Australia? Although in the grander scheme, he’d get more money selling an Italian player in Italy than an Australian player in Italy.
