Go to bed at 10, get up for the game at midnight, back to bed at full time and then up again at 6. Think that’s how I’m going to tackle it anyway.

England matches are dismal at the best of times. Against a Carlos Queiroz coached side, the best anyone who gets up to watch can hope for is nodding off during the game.
