I really enjoy Sydney v Wellington matches. Always alot of fun. Plus, it’s hard to hate them - they seem like good blokes, like their fans, and they’ve made alot of sacrifices for the good of the game.

Add Bobo to that bench and week in week out football for the whole squad and teams are gonna have to be at their absolute best to beat us this season. As long as we expect every team to step up when they play us we’ll be fine.

It’s another reason I didn’t ask for my money back. Welly are doing it tough and the fans are a lot of fun to banter with.

What a cracking game that was. There won’t be many better games than that this season. Welly will be in with a real shot of top 3 again playing like that. They were just unlucky to get done by two worldies.

Agreed. We played them round 1 last year at Leichhardt if I recall correctly. Tonight was a far more entertaining match.

Definitely the best 2 teams off the games so far.

Generally pretty good. The only minor issue being that the subs weren’t at the level of those they replaced albeit not necessarily doing anything wrong themselves.

Thought Warland was very good, especially at the end.
