So we are playing tomorrow, expect wholesale changes to the Asian fixture on Thursday but curious as to whether any of them did enough to get another run.

No Burgess in the squad again. Doesn’t appear to be on the injured list. Looks to just be not selected again. Has he fallen out with Uffie?
I don’t think it’s a case of him falling out with the coach, it’s just that there are better options than him in the squad right now.
He’s the wrong side of 30 and has reached his peak. He shouldn’t be getting minutes ahead of Sega, JK and Quintal.
I dare say he’ll be off in January.

Tbh I was kinda surprised he wasn’t an inaugural Auckland signing. I was quite surprised he didn’t chase a MT when we brought in Costa, Anas and we saw Seggy come back.

I dunno, I understand what you are saying about development. I am happy for Sega and Kuckarski making the bench but I still feel there is a place for Burgess on the bench over Quintal.
It was only a few weeks ago he came on in the Asian champions league against Sanfrecce and produced a nice assist for Sega.
He has a lot more to offer when coming on in a time of need. Bit disappointing that he has been frozen out.

A combination of Sunday night and poor weather has dampened the normally exceptional mood for this one, but still optimistic of a good performance on the field after a 2 week break for just about the whole senior team. Hoping to see some goals. Going for a 4-1 win.
