Maybe, but given APL has no purview whatsoever for the contractual relationship between a foreign player and a foreign club I have no idea how enforcement could possibly work.
I donāt want us to go for big marquee players. Fucking giving the youth a fucking chance. Develop them. Play them. Sell the best to overseas clubs for good money.

Elder would be a good signing I feel. Although we would still be lacking in depth in that position.
