Yaz got his second start and an assist just now

That’s pretty wild. I can’t believe I missed that story, or worse still, possibly forgotten about it.

Probably not the most sexy assist he’ll ever get, but they all count!

I dunno that’s a really good assist to me. Hard work to get there, good angle on his run to make sure he had space, good decision making & control to just lay it inside on the volley. Nice.

Yeah good work from Yaz there.

Classic MLS defending there to start the counter though.

I’m constantly amazed at how many people bring up Paul Wade being slow when it’s common knowledge he’s had a chunk of his brain out. It’s been a pattern for like 20 years going back to the wild west of the TWGF days.

I knew him before and after the operation. I did not notice a difference except that he could drive again.
You will go a long way before you meet a nicer bloke.

Just pretty nice?

He’s modest too.

I read that as ā€œthat’s what your mum saysā€ which makes the post hit differently.

I mean she might say that. Not sure, i’ve never actually asked

There is also some football community urban legend that he complained to the council about football being played late at night at a park he lived next to which I thought was wild.

Eredivisie started last night. FC Froningen beat NAC Breda 4-1. Max Balard started for Breda and played the full 90

I must have missed the bit where Balard actually signed for NAC Breda. Everything was pointing to him going to Portugal instead.

Matthew Millar signs with Istiklol in Tajikistan :flushed:
