The name Scunthorpe - i.e. the town in northern England, gets commonly blocked/rejected by firewalls because the word ‘cunt’ is within the word. It’s actually a common issue that has resulted in people suggesting the town should be renamed.
It’s a similar issue with Ufuk. Now whilst it’s not the full spelling of Fuck, Fuk is a common way of getting around said blockers/censors/firewalls. Never mind it’s a Turkish name, plenty of children will be having a right ol’ giggle at thinking his first name is a swear word.
Actually on this point, what’s the correct pronounciation? Is it “Oofook”, or "Ewe-fk, or is it actually “you-fuck”?
