FFA Thread - This one's for the stakeholders

I’m kinda worried actually. City’s owners are a LOT richer than ours, if they can be arsed.

Quality post.

This post needs to be read in Michael Moore’s voice. Or, our more contemporary Aussie counterpart, friendlyjordies.

Don’t agree on the move to winter but the rest of what he says makes sense.

Seems a bit knee jerk? Not saying it’s not a positive thou.

But they did sign up Farina?

Hilarious… just imagine the cluster fuck Farina, Bosnich etc will come up… lots of ideas, no business acumen

No worse than what is served up now.

Or you could have what we’ve had the last few years (until Johnson took over at least). Lots of business acumen, absolutely no football sense whatsoever.

The mental gymnastics that Foster is going to have to go through to criticise this mob will be interesting.

Personally I don’t buy the ‘well if you haven’t scored a goal for the Socceroos then what would you know about the needs of Football’.

My thoughts exactly. Being a good player is irrelevant in terms of knowing how to run the game.

An ‘advisory’ committee with no actual ability to implement any ideas or recommendations. Haven’t had many like that Australian football over the past 10 years.

FFA nailing it during homeschool nightmare. Made a joke to my oldest boy about scrawling “ole ole fuck you Melbourne Victory” on each page and giving to his teacher.
