Just in the news last week…
A lot of people don’t realize that facial recognition software is actually quite limited, and it’s not like in the movie/crime TV shows.
It also has this slight flaw, whereby the darker a persons skin tone, the less accurate it is.
I’m pretty sure non-whites are acceptable collateral in these setups.

Don’t get me on CCTV footage.
Half the time the real deal looks like it was filmed on a potato.
None of this Hi-Res, 4K, seamless vision nonsense. I mean you can barely make out numberplates on most dash cams
