Not out of the box (Ability to block / mute / ignore another user - feature - Discourse Meta). You can hide posts of a user id using css - Muting a user doesn’t hide their posts? - feature - Discourse Meta you’ll need a local css override plugin like Stylus Stylus - Chrome Web Store

Done, but since the new forum allows the use of @username tagging, forum names can’t have spaces so yours is now @More_Parqe
