Washington still 1.5 games out of the play-in spots, with 11 games left to go. Not sure if they’re going to try and make a play for 10th or join the Tank for Wemby, but interesting to see how his time will look over the last 3 weeks of the regular season.

Sweet 16 gets underway Friday. A few top seeds eliminated along the way, but looking forward to the Creighton/Princeton game in the South, seeing if Kansas State can get past the 7 seed Michigan State (really been enjoying watch Markquis Nowell for KSU), but my game of the round is Gonzaga/UCLA in the West.
I picked the Zags in my bracket, but they’ve been less than convincing, having to come from behind in both games so far.
NBL1 starts on Friday - I think, or it may have already started, still figuring that out…
Semi-pro competition. About 76 teams split into 5 conferences - North (QLD, NT), East (NSW, ACT), South (Vic, Tas), West (WA) and Central (SA).
Each team plays about 20 games within their conference between March and July. 1500 games across all conferences.
Then there are conference finals, with the winner, plus a wildcard (to make 6), who then go on to National Championships.
Seems to be a fair few NBL players continuing into this too.
From what I can read (website isn’t great on the phone), live streamed on the website and app, plus some games on Kayo Freebies.
