To be fair, that was already happening before he came in with all his shit

Is the cost of living crisis over?

Are Labor good at running the country again?

Can I buy another jetski?

You have a jetski?

I stopped eating avocado on toast and I saved up for 2
Amazing how much money you save when you stop eating toast, although the avocado gets a bit messy

Aren’t they a requirement to be a cashed up bogan living in WA?

You’re cashed up now?

I knew I should have joined the navy in 1993!

Yeah but his back is fucked, so he can’t actually bend down to hook the trailer up to his car to get the JetSki to water.

He just shouldn’t be allowed to enter Parliament again. He’s never been a serious candidate and is only in it for himself.

Hey now, all of us have fallen asleep in a meeting on the first day of a new job, don’t hold it against him

My lie detector spiked hard when I saw this. I’m pretty sure I’d not be the only one.

PS: Would be useful if I didn’t post it in the US Thread

It’s a trap for the Tories.

“You’ve been in government for 20 of the last 30 years - why didn’t you do it before?”

This is like Labor following the Tories down the border protection rabbit hole - the absolute best you can get is to battle out to a draw. Nobody thinks you’re ever the leader on the issue, because nobody thinks your heart is in it.

The other polls aren’t too dissimilar.
2PP comes out at around 52-48ish, but the ALP’s primary vote being under 30% (well under in some polls) is fucking humiliating.

But why would people abandon the Labor party after all the great things they’ve done this term?
