I am in the opposite situation.
The cap, lanyard and fridge magnet arrived in a package but no membership cards.
Same with me.
Mine was “sent” on the the 12th and is still showing as “ready for processing”.
My pack came today too. Still waiting on the physical membership card, but i guess we have a few weeks.
Also, this time i got the metal drink bottle. I’ve never used one or bought one, always reused bought 600ml plastic ones as long as i can.
Got to say, it feels and looks nice in it’s black colour, and i can also use it for hot drinks.
Keyring was not the one i chose, it ended up being one for the girls team that arrived but being a fan of the girls team too, i’m happy with the mistake.
I got my card notification this arvo, should arrive in a week

My medium size 20 year member polo fits like an xl though. It’s huge.
Knowing through the emails, it’s all coming from outside Australia. So i’m imagining the packers just throwing in stuff as fast as they can with some language differences. I never expected 100% quality anyway so i’m not complaining.

Seems like the keyring thing is a widespread issue, as I also got sent the wrong one.
I might log back in an order a fridge magnet. Drink bottle and bottle opener were fine. About what you’d expect in terms of quality.
I received most of my pack today.
The hat feels quality, although it was dirty which is annoying.
I also got the beach/tote bag which is better than expected.
My keyring was MIA, so hoping that arrives separately, or with the physical membership card
Not sure if the rest of you guys got the email this morning, but it seems it is indeed a common issue and we’ll be receiving a men’s keyring in the post in 2-3 weeks.

Yep, email came. in 2-3 weeks i get to tangle two bouncy things in my hand when i open the front door or car door.

Physical membership card came today.
I got my merch, 15 year member commemorative coin set and the physical membership cards but the vouchers to games never arrived.
Anyone else in the same boat?
