I would guess Branners. He took the armband when Wilko went off. Milos the only other option imo.
Incidentally Branners gave the armband to King when he went off, though King promptly stuffed it down his shorts instead of putting it on. 
Being humble is a great trait for a captain. Surely when he gets on the field, Steve will order Wilko to pass it on to the worthy owner in King.
