So long as it’s within your borrowing limit, it can be included in your mortgage.

How did you go? Timber or wooden, install included or not?
We’ve had our two front windows replaced with wooden double glazing/vlam and it wasn’t cheap. Also had quotes for the rest of the house, about 7 windows, aluminium vlam and that was not cheap either, but only about twice the cost of the wooden windows after you include install costs
