Someone on the Facebook group is reporting that they get the following error when trying to sign up for the MotM voting:

It happens now and again, it’s something to do with their ISP I think, we’re struggling to find details of what causes it. I usually manually create an account for it, can you link to the post?
I also got an email via my site from someone reporting the same issue (might be the same person?)
