Awesome. Putting just Bay 23 in safe standing formation so that the active spills into the seats, defeating the point of safe standing. Could have converted just a few rows of 24 and/or 22, with a buffer for the people seating behind. Or better for those seats, convert the back few so we’re standing behind them.
