Sounds like we’ve got a sizeable contingent of Sydney fans travelling up, fingers crossed you can all see a win.

My missus doesn’t know it yet but we’re heading to this game during our holiday in Newcastle.
Tickets seem cheap, but how is the parking around the grounds? Should I pre-pay for parking for $15.26 (at the time of ticket purchase) or can I just park within easy walking distance of the stadium?
Much appreciated.
I’ve always managed to get a park right outside that weird mini golf place on the main drag.
I park near the school to the west, easy 10 min walk
Is there a discount code for the tickets?
There was a ‘boxing day sale’ on the tickets through Ticketek today. $30 adult tix down to $25, $15 kids tix down to $10, sitting 2 bays from the centre bay.
I wouldn’t bother paying if you’re happy with a 10-minute walk. I always drove a bit past the ground, turned left (Lambton Road, the one maccas is on), plenty of spots soon after the turn. Subway and Hungry Jack’s in the area also if you are that way inclined.
I always found that pie shop across the road from the stadium to be only open for Knights game to be the height of business acumen dumb fuckery.
See also, every fuckin food outlet at the SFS.

Interesting…
It’s just an error he has had a thigh injury.
But he has been a bit average last few games. Loses the ball too often or dives thinking he will get a free kick leading to counter attacks
SYDNEY20 per latest members email.
Yeah he started off with the potential to be one of the league’s best players but has ended up just trying to win free kicks. Which he is good at,.mind, but sometimes just keeping the ball moving is the best option. I do also think he has been injured or near injured for the.past month or two, so he is not properly on his game.
Doesn’t help that the opposition kick the shit out of him every game.
Should be a cracking atmosphere.
I’m tipping a 2-1 win, but I get the feeling it isn’t going to be pretty. Maybe we need a few ugly wins, anyway.
Without any stats to back it up it feels like we have struggled to get results in Newcastle in recent years, we should be favourites but can see something like a 1-1 draw.
Going back the last five years, I think we beat them once in 2023 and once in 2020. For some reason we seem to struggle there.
We’ve only not lost on the years i don’t go up. I’m not going up tomorrow. Lock it in boys.
Those of you who want to train it up thete be aware that Shittyfail is doing “trackwork” between Hornsby & Newcastle.
