I noticed last time we played them that all our boys who had played with Matt Simon these past years were all hugs and friendly, and all “Aw, he just clattered into one of us - classic Matty!” Whereas the newer players who don’t know him (e.g. JvdL who as a direct opponent was often a direct victim of said clattering) were affronted and terrified by this bizarre and savage creature which had emerged from a time vortex, all spiky knees and elbows and expletives.
I’ll be applauding him - he just better not fucking do us.

It probably is, but as ever its probably not going to be used properly by Mulvey. The likes of Oar and Hiariej are often on the bench or not selected at all, and obviously something has gone askew with Cisse because he’s been left out a few times. I’m not sure he was injured. That said, there is sadly no risk of Jack Clisby being played as a left midfielder and set piece specialist tomorrow night 
Yeah, Clisby & Golec being left out were the clinchers in me thinking it was the strongest squad I could remember.
Score predictions? 3-1 to the good guys for me. Millar caused us trouble last time out and I can see that continuing.
Millar was very good last time, you’d expect we setup to counteract this (Zullo positioning maybe) but Millar is a good player. I would be happy to have him as a squaddie next year - great engine and I reckon he could play as a CM (actually a lot like Retre).
