Veart has done a decent job with them over time and has been great for giving young players a chance, but I think it is time for a change for them. They need a manager who can structure the team better defensively, and I think we will see another example on Saturday. I don’t know if we will win, but we have the players to score a few goals at least. It might be something like the 3-3 earlier this season with both teams open as hell.
Another point is that a lot of managers in this league are now playing as many youth players as Veart, and many are better at setting up a defensive structure than Veart is.
Wasn’t it about a month ago that Adelaide were playing Auckland for top spot?
You’re probably thinking of two months ago when they had that draw at home to Auckland, but it was all downhill from there. They haven’t won in six games, and only one in the last nine.

Club have released a statement saying both King and Senas injuries aren’t as bad as first feared, without disclosing how long they’ll be out for.
Sena has “twisted ankle ligaments”, King has a “calf issue”
Without knowing the severity of either, I’d assume a few weeks.

Tara is a terrific presence on the panel. She can really hang. Actually thats probably doing her a disservice, she outshines Arch and Brosquey, which is not intended as disrespect to either of those guys.
The publicity team has made some pretty good strides toward legitamacising this league this season (geting Max Rashdun onboard is an excellent win) but nonetheless its still sub amateur fucking dogshit as far as your average eurosnob is concerned.
