Round 5 - 2020/21 Discussion

Apparently they stand together….there’s barely enough of them to stand and hold the sign :joy:

not more than 50 fans in that away end, shambolic

How come Marvin’s boys aren’t wearing yellow?

They’re all at the beach still.

should of done better with that shot

Mariners given up on active support?

Both teams looking like they would prefer to be literally anywhere else right now

Urena having a horrible game is all that’s keeping WSW in it

My thoughts exactly. Mariners could have had two or three easily.

In that weather, who can really blame them?

I’m not sure I would want to rush out to an away game at the moment, not even really confident about going to Kogarah tomorrow.

A long time on public transport then a long time in the ground, with so much covid rolling around, I don’t blame anyone for being hesitant.

To be fair, with the weather and the current resurgence of plague, don’t blame anyone from not turning up today, I’m not going to Kogarah tomorrow.

Agree but I will use any excuse to neg wanderers fans. We will get max 4k tomorrow, if it storms as it’s supposed to, more like 3k.

Wish we could have played this Mariners team.

CCM deserved that. Should be up by 2 or 3.

People keep talking about this wanderers team ‘being one of the best in the league on paper’. Is this some sort of myth? Who do they have that is good? Antonis, Ibini, Troisi, Petratos are all dogshit and have been for years. Their young players are dogshit. Hemed was ok for wellington i guess.

Western Suburbs have a tradition of failing to get the best out of good players. Even Hemed will struggle to score much with Antonis, Petrat, Ibini and the fake anti-vaxxer Troisi playing poorly behind him.

A narrow, fighting 1-0 loss may well keep Robinson in a job that little bit longer.

Love seeing a keeper celebrate a big save.

Najjarine is their best option in the AM role and he seems to be the lowest in the pecking order

Icing on the cake
