Its a bizarre looking location. Is there anything else near it?
It’s on the edge of Hoppers Crossing. In 10 years time it will be surrounded by suburbs basically. I guess it would be the equivalent of Narellan in a Sydney context. Is the middle of nowhere, but has massive growth going on.
