Get his players back from injury and storm to Europa League glory? What a story that would be!

He’s all out of excuses when all of his players are back. Blimey he is always pulling that old chestnut out. I know he has had a shitload of injuries but still

10+ injured is pretty mental. At that stage, as the owners, you’d think they’d be launching an investigation as to what the hell is happening? I mean is he running training sessions too hard?

I find it hard to believe having such a big injury toll constantly is just bad luck.

Pretty sure he has the same problem at Celtic but it was less noticeable due to the quality of the competition.

If they’re not going to sack him surely they need to bring in a new sports science team?

Michael Oliver with another shit show this morning. What’s happened to that guy? Didn’t he used to be quite a good ref?

Yeah, he was one of the best.

I think the premier league refs get a bunch of terrible instructions about what they want.

The league being a product and what they don’t want to see.
They know that they are going to be scrutinized for every minor detail and I don’t think that they are given the chance to do their best.

There’s also no accountability when they make mistakes. Oliver made arguably the worst decision of the season two weeks ago when he sent off Lewis-Skelly and his “punishment” is the biggest Merseyside derby in years. There’s no need for them to try to improve when the old boys network is constantly protecting them.

It’s strange, it’s not that there’s no accountability, they supported that decision and said that it was right.

Which is made even weirder as the red card was rescinded by the MRP.

That’s the protection kicking in. It’s the same when they get ex refs on to talk through decisions. They almost never admit that the wrong decision was made.

Did folks see the plans for ManU’s new stadium?

Certainly is an
 interesting take.

I mean if you think about it, it definitely works. It does have a circus like quality about it, which fits their operating model

Was going to make a joke about the club now being officially a circus.

I got mosque-y vibes, problem is they have to actually qualify for Europe before Turkish fans will buy all those tickets in the Stretford End again.

At this stage there’s a very high chance that even City may not qualify for Europe. 5 teams directly in contention for that last spot with 3 points separating 5th from 9th and Bournemouth only having a difference in goal difference of 2 from City. The last time there was no Manchester team in European competition would have been 1994, also the last time there was no Manchester team in the Champions League

Manyoo have always been a bunch of tits.
