If it wasn’t for Wales making the World Cup he would’ve retired at the end of last season. Not sure why people are so surprised at the decision.

Also seems pretty certain Luis Suarez is going to be joining Inter Miami very soon. Miami have acquired an extra international roster spot and Suarez doing everything possible to force his way out of Gremio - including I have been told, offering to pay out his own contract.
Apparently average ticket prices went from like $70 or so to over $400 when Messi joined. Nice of them to price out a good part of the city…
