The whole point of VAR is to overturn howlers like Henry’s handball against Ireland, not to agonise over every fucken play in the build up to a goal

Did he really decide that wasn’t a foul? I mean to me that’s pretty clearly a minor foul, but it’s absurd to be calling something back so far away. Is there a different threshold for “is the foul bad enough to disallow the goal” that I’m unaware of?
