Does every German with near perfect English think they speak poor English?
What i got out of that interview is that he was told we were playing a pressing style.

Years ago when I was backpacking, the Germans and the Dutch would regularly correct Australians on their english grammar and pronunciation. Its a bit of a cultural thing that they aim for perfection.

I’m going to side with those who’ve said he’s a replacement for Mak, and Caceres should be in the list for #10 with a gap for a foreigner at 6. I don’t think Sega is going to walk into a starting spot. I know Uffie has talked about getting a #10 but the highlights reel the club has chosen to use very much makes him look like someone who’ll move between the wing and CAM to get on goal.

I actually thought he made that 10 spot his own last season so I would be surprised if he was pushed back into the pivot for the Anus. I reckon he’s here to compete with Seggy for the LW spot, while also providing depth for the 10 spot along with Caceres, Maxy and the youth team starboys (not using that term ironically). Regardless, I’m cautiously optimistic about the signing.
