Coming from a Spurs fan this is pretty damning… But fair.
I was only after 2 tickets, so it only took maybe 4-5 tries for each match. Cannot imagine having to do it for a larger batch. But I ended up going for less desirable options (middle-of-the-row etc) each time just under the hope that they were less likely to be taken in the few seconds it took to do the other steps. And all the while the clock was counting down…

Managed to get the Australian group games, a Sydney finals pass, and the final without too much trouble? I got in when the queue was only 900 though.
Surely you will be able to give tickets on one night to someone else even though it’s a pass? I almost certainly can’t go to the first quarters final
I recently experienced ticketing for a major European final with said Spurs, and it was about 1000x better organised than whatever this shit was.
Tbh I think it was exacerbated by having to use a phone (we’re on holiday), but still - any portals should be built with mobiles in mind given it’s 2025.
