Is the very recent arrival at Gosford of Bielsa’s former Leeds translator a coincidence? Was he employed when the club owner already sensed that Monty plus Serge were on their way out the door? Or was he just a Monty person who may now be wondering what he has gotten himself in for?
Had the chance to be in the press room with Monty quite a few times. Much less of a dickhead than other coaches with reporters, so will miss him in that sense. Good luck to him.

I miss the Foxtel coverage circa 2007-2012.
I didn’t realise Theoharous was only 23. Every time I see him play he looks like he’s got the skills to make things happen. With the off-season losses it should be a big opportunity this season for him.
