A quick google has informed me there is a Red Rooster on the Central Coast Highway in West Gosford, however is apparently a 20 minute walk.
There is apparently a Red Rooster in Erina, and further north in Tuggerah.
Personally I think Woy Woy and Umina are sorely lacking a Red Rooster. The KFC on Blackwall Road and McDonalds opposite Deepwater Plaza on Charlton Street have too much power and control.
The newly re-built Lone Pine Plaza on Ocean Beach Road in Umina would have made the perfect place for a Red Rooster. God it took them forever to re-build that. Feel like it burnt down 20 years ago.
Is it near the Maccaās? I was wandering around there once when there was a 3 hour wait between the Newy to Gosford and Gosford to Sydney Central trains.
When the Oporto near me shut down, it was because of rats. Poor Remy was just trying to be a chef!
Interesting thing I just noticed today - we started the season with blue backs to our shirts (and championship stars and gold ALM badges). We wore them for the last time against Brisbane at home, ending a wretched start of 0-0-4. We switched to a shirt with a yellow back, a blue ALM logo and no star for the derby. Since then, weāre 5-3-0.
It is an awesome chicken place. It is a little more expensive but they hand make their chicken tenders and breaded chicken for chicken burgers. Chicken burgers have wombok cabbage instead of lettuce and they have some interesting sauces to go with them. Chips are good do. They also mix up their own frozen yogurt if you like that.
"After speaking to him, this opportunity has come for him to go over to Australia and he wants to do it. The fact that heās moved out of his apartment tells me his head is already there.
āIām led to believe heās going to Central Coast Mariners and heās working with a coach who he knows from his time at Leeds.ā
Hes got 1 in 18 this season (admitedly averaging only around 30mins a game) this season.
In his career hes scored 2 in 50 League 1 games. However his total minutes (2103) work out to be 23 games.
He did play 3 games for England U19. In the game he did score he started alongside Jacob Ramsay and Anthony Gordon. Bukayo Saka came off the bench. Edmonson got subbed off for Curtis Jones. (commentators should have fun with this)
With that random set of facts seems like theres some potential there and hes been needing some opportunities. Coming here with a manager that knows him might be the boost he needs.
And hopefully for the Mariners hes more Marco Tulio than Kelechi John.
I really, REALLY donāt think Pat Wood wouldāve been heading to the Mariners. They wouldāve been frankly batshit to take him. He wouldnāt start there.
Theyāve signed a player that plays the exact same role as him.
Pretty sure heād get game time anywhere but here and the 2 Melbourne clubs right now.
Define game time. Heās certainly not better than Kuol, Reec or Wenzel-Halls. Heās actually not improved since he joined the senior team, and thatās a serious concern.
