I was in melby last week and walking down one of the streets in Coburg there was one dude asking for change, I was about to get some when I realised he was actually saying “for the Fuhrer” repeatedly. Now I realise he probably has a series of deep mental and other issues going on in his life but fuck that.

I thought my back was getting better, now it looks like one of the bulging discs has properly burst.
I’m in so much pain, taking bulk painkillers and dr gave me some valium so help because the muscles won’t stop spasming.
I can barely walk around the house.
MRI Wednesday and then probably surgeon.
So much for getting back to work and exercising again.

OK read the article, he had less than a billionth of a gram. That’s an absolutely tiny tiny amount. The logic thinking is, he’s either taken it way earlier and it’s metabolized, or there really was some sort of contamination there.
And now I have a referral to a neurosurgeon and at least 2 weeks off work.
