US media has been manufacturing consent to go war against Iran for months, it was only a matter of time.
Iran have been going just as if not harder too, this is nowhere near a one-sided conflict

Not sure if you’re serious but… Iran is bigger than Iraq, has a considerably larger population than Iraq and more problematic terrain than Iraq. And it can be argued that the Iraq war has still not finished.
Apart from a few places like Ramadi and Falluja, it was over pretty quick. The problems they had in those areas was at first adapting tactics to a counter-insurgency rather than a conventional approach, and then the complete disregard of those tactics despite their success by the higher ups.
Their surface fleet would be crushed by Australia alone, they’ve got 6 frigates and 3 corvettes which are from the 60’s. The majority of their Sub-surface fleet are midget subs which hold minimal armament. If we had our full fleet of F-35’s we’d win in the air too. Their only advantage would be the size of their army, but that is still nothing compared to the yanks. And they don’t have that prolonged history of fighting against hardened adversaries like the Afghanis have.
Their best hope would be an ISIS-esque influx of foreigners to take to the hills, but recent history says they’d be a 3rd player having a shot at America rather than an ally for them.

If Biden has the black vote locked as he seems too, would he name Warren as his Veep to garner the Sanders voters or Klobuchar to garner the Minnesota and surrounding essential states, instead of Kamala Harris as many people think he will.
