In that case, it was never going to work by the time it got to the bottom anyway.

And I retract my comment. You have just drunk it from the bottle.
Having to do open houses is just hell. Cleaning the house twice a week for the scheduled ones is already hell, but then throw in the extra ones on top of that. We have three times set just for this week
Even though its pretty shit, consider that your efforts are putting you well above others who just leave insects to crawl around everywhere during open houses/inspections.
Weird old guy who was a neighbour of a friend recently sold his house.
Apparently he wouldn’t let anyone in the garage, master bedroom or shed on open houses.
We’re still not 100% happy with the real estate agent though. We think he’s listed the property WAY too low as first open house we had 41 groups come through on a Sat, then 16 groups on the Wed and now 31 groups on the last sat. He’s saying that there’s so many people coming through that it’s making the place feel small.
We then had an offer that was about 300k less than what we want to sell for. It was the first offer we had, 2 days after our first open house. The agent got them up by 200k, but then came back to us asking for a firm number that we would sell at, that he’d go back to the others. It took us back as there was still a large disparity between us and them, plus it was literally the first offer after one open house…
Recruiters. I’ve yet to find one, especially in tech, who have even a trace of intelligence.
Real estate agents who ignore your query on domain, but do sign you up to their newsletter instead…cunts
Real estate agents…… cunts.
Fixed that for you.
One is an automated system. The other demonstrates that their entire job could be replaced with an automated system and probably make the world a better place.
I feel your pain… I work with a couple that are tolerable… DM me if you want contact details
