Israel v Everyone - M.A.D or Peace in the Middle East?

The same politicians on camera debating in the Knesset whether it’s OK to rape Palestinian prisoners? Good luck with that.

100% agree. Although from a miliary point of view, the fact that they’re saying that, may suggest that the army doesn’t believe they’ll realistically be able to occupy Gaza. I mean there’s still fighting in the strip occurring on a daily basis. It will become too costly for them to be able to do it.

Isn’t the next step just bulldozers?

you dont think they’ve tried bulldozers? The Israeli army has custom made armoured bulldozer and they’re still not doing too much unless there’s a bunch of tanks there. They’re in a Vietnam situation right now. Realistically, the only way they win, is to board up Gaza and starve them to death.

And they have/are considering that

Oh, did you miss the recent sympathy piece in the NYT about the Israeli bulldozer driver? Half way through he drops a line that he’s been just straight up driving over people.

Israel’s never formally tested a nuclear weapon, have they?

Jump onto Reddit and you’ll see the number of atrocities being committed by Israelis, especially the settlers. They’re going around switching off water to force Palestinians to move out. The Palestinians know that any reaction will result in the IDF being called in. There’s videos of Palestinians having their furniture just thrown out of their homes while Israelis move in. The whole thing is just fucked

A lot of crazy stuff happening in Amsterdam. Meccabi Tel Aviv supporters have been attacked by Dutch people. Lots of claims of anti-semetism etc. What theyre ignoring is:

  1. MTA supporters ignoring a 1 minutes silence prior to the game
  2. MTA chanting about destroying schools in Palestine and pro genocide chants
  3. Climbing private households to rip down Palestine flags

Aftet the 3rd point, they were set upon by hooligans who proceeded to beat them up and thrown them into the local rivers. All that and theyre still claiming it was anti semitism. Fucking hell… the media is lapping it up as well

Reports of them having attacked a few Arab taxi drivers before karma made an appearance too.

Save the date, this could be equally tasty:

PSG fans inveiled a huge Free Palestine banner in their game

A lot of people are going to end up with a second butthole after that game.

I can’t remember, are they the really racist club or was that beitar? Fucking vile behaviour either way.

:face_with_peeking_eye:

Lots of videos being shared online showing Arabs chasing Israelis are actually the other way around.

Oh look, Israelis being cunts and playing the victim card.

What. A. Shock.

Beitar are the worst but the various Maccabi clubs are generally pretty bad.

So from the look of this there was bigoted behaviour from both sides. There was clearly a bunch of antisemitic activity, but the Maccabi fans had earlier shown their disgusting side.

Netanyahu loves this kind of shit btw. You could detect the glee in the various government statements. He very much wants Jews to feel unsafe everywhere but in Israel. His Israel.

That doesn’t talk to much of the shit Macabi fans did prior to the game. It actually seems to not get into the violence between both sets of fans outside of Macabi fans being hospitalised.

It’s like religious Zionism (Beitar) vs nationalist Zionism (Maccabi). Then you’ve got the labour Zionism clubs (Hapoel). There’s very little in the way of “apolitical” or purely geographically oriented domestic sport.
