Its all horrible now, and I feel sorry for today's kids... the Music thread

I think they are great but they sure are thieving bastards!

Linkin Park have announced a new album and tour with new singer Emily Armstrong. First time in seven years since Chester Bennington’s passing.

Can’t believe it’s been 7 years already.

I’m also seeing Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in November so started listening to the new album.

Top stuff. Bit of a different tone to previous albums but well worth a listen.

Is he a Scientologist cooker with diametrically opposed views to Chester?

Which would be a shame, Dead Sara goes ok.

Yep. Cedric Bixler Zavala and his wife just called Emily out on supporting Danny Masterson during his rape trial and for standing by the views the church of scientology.

Just watching some of the Linkin Park reunion show thing. I don’t really care about her beliefs but not sold on her voice to be honest

I’m by no means a Linkin Park fan but i watched the gig on youtube and saw the new video clip. I think she does a good job and the band still sounds like Linkin Park.

I also didnt realise it had been 7 years since Chester. Mind blown

Shocks me people are surprised by this new revalation.

He’s a rock n roll musician. It’s hardly an industry thats filled with family values and morals.

Pretty cool, aren’t they? This was Wind Rose’s original hit.

The Killers are coming out here in December. They’re doing two different shows:

A regular show with songs from every album
And a show just doing the first album for its 20th anniversary.

Easy nostalgia hit for #2

I’m pretty sure I heard a Mexican pirate rock song the other day.

I saw a mariachi band playing Creed once.
