Ya’ll like Mad Max right? Of course you do!
There’s a guy building a replica of the Cyclotron on the other forum that I go to to fulfil the needs that you lot can’t. This bad boy.
And there’s now a wee teaser video about it.

I’m fairly certain Fassbender plays a young McKellen, unless Stewart and Fassbender both appear in another film/franchise.
They’ve both portrayed Macbeth.
How much was Zombieland Doubletap?
I like the dig(s) at The Walking Dead.
Both movies were pretty decent.
Also for Zombie movies, Train to Busan and #Alive is a good watch too!
*fun
The total budget was 45 million USD
I meant “how much fun…”
I know
I really liked #alive I thought it was great, and I’m not really into zombie pictures.
I’m a big fan of the lead actor in Alive. He was great in the two other movies I’ve seen him and shown some real range. He was quiet and subdued in Burning and a coked up playboy in Veteran (which is a great action movie, i recommend it).
Alive was certainly the best korean Zombie movie from last year (looking at you, Peninsula…)
Oh shit the guy from Burning is in that? I’ve got to see this movie.
I can’t actually believe My Octopus Teacher won the Oscar for Best Documentary. I genuinely thought it was an animal porn parody.
I don’t know if anyone watched the whole ceremony but the last 20 minutes was just an absolute farce. Changing the order of the awards so that they could get Chadwick Boseman the posthumous best actor award to finish the night, and then Anthony Hopkins won it without even being present. Absolute farce.
WHAT?! Beautifully shot but SO contrived… that’s a joke!
And I don’t entirely disagree. If you haven’t seen Paddington 2, give it a go.
Pixar and Disney aint got shit on that little furball from darkest Peru!
So, this is how it happened…
I was sitting at home after work pondering the short and brutish nature of existence, and the necessity to fill the brief time that we have with meaning. Naturally this led to a resolution to watch all of the Jack Reacher movies in the correct release order. Without hesitation, I went straight to IMDb and searched Tom Criuse’s filmography but didn’t get past the first entry. Apparently the last thing Tom Cruise did was an uncredited part in a three minute short starring Pom Klementieff (Mantis from Guardians of the Galaxy) and directed by Simon Pegg called Au Revoir, Chris Hemsworth.
I had to track this down and this is what I found.
The two videos below require some context before viewing. There is a website (here is the link) where some actors and producers from Marvel studios have entered a football (NFL) fantasy league for charity. Part of this process seems to involve the participants creating trash talking videos of the other participants. And whilst most are just improvised two minute iPhone recordings in portrait mode, some have had a bit more effort put into them.
IMHO, these are the best two of these.
All the clips can be found here.
Brother, I’ve been down some nerdy, comic book rabbit holes but this… this is next level.
Is Paul Rudd our generation’s Tom Hanks?
