The Mariners are steering in the wrong direction.
After a few years of sailing smoothly, they’ve found themselves taking on water again as the front of their boat has once again fallen off.
Looks like it was papered over with paper related materials.
Now can you assure me this is not very typical?
I guess we need to win our whole tournament almost for the sake of the 
coefficient

With Ulsan beating Shanghai overnight, Mariners become the first team to be eliminated from progressing to the round of 16 in the ACLE.
Of note on Club Coefficients, the Mariners next game on against Johor Bahru on Tue 11 Feb is really important for Australia.
Both to actually earn some points, but more importantly to prevent Johor and hence Malaysia earning points and bonus points for making the Knockout stage. Johor is currently 6th but only in the 8 by one point and have a tough final game against Pohang.
Malaysia ACL2 team is out finishing 3rd in their group.
And hopefully Hiroshima Sanfrecce can continue their strong performance and not give away any points to the Vietnamese team Nam Dinh.

Every side we’ve played is much better than any side we played last year, and more expensively assembled. The removal of the 4+1 cap has really put us at a massive disadvantage.
