I know he’s a rich motherfucker, but does anybody else get annoyed by Scott Barlow driving around in his Bentley?
Maybe I’m just envious. But it seems like such a wanky car.
I watched about 15 minutes of the first episode on the weekend, that was one of the things that really annoyed me, but I suspect it is to play up the bling thing… he then goes on to talk about how expensive Sydney is to live in… then cuts back to driving his Bentley. Then having to watch him and DT try and be natural talking about the upcoming game was almost a bit cringy… anyway, Ill give it another shot at some point

No doubt most would. I did find it interesting, and to be fair, I have watched only 15 minutes, that it really went for the bling angle that we spent years trying to rid ourselves of.
This made me laugh. Looks like two Dads at a kids birthday party trying to make small talk.

A guy that owned the cafe near a friend’s house in ultimo used to park his Bentley outside the cafe every day.
It always made me think, if you have that much money why do you feel you need to impress people buying $4 coffee?
Ive seen John Singleton turn up to Henson Park in a Bentley.
And a helicopter land at full time to pick him up.

I was more worried about the video tactics session where the players seemed to be staring at their feet and not paying attention.
It’s like a flight safety video. Once you’ve watched the same thing a few times it’s just noise that you have to sit through.
