Hope so but with wet and humid conditions forecasted for the game and after flying in from Europe, not expecting much from him unfortunately.

I expect the first 20-30 minutes to be crazy. You’d think Talay would make it known in no uncertain terms that Sydney need to dominate from the kick-off, and that Rudan would do the same for his team. I expect a lot of fouls and niggle. No offence to Corica, but I think the Sydney we will see from the start tomorrow night will be far removed from anything we’ve seen for the last few years, especially in derbies. Whether it will be successful is another matter, but I’m pretty excited for the possibilities.

Will be interesting to see what we do. 3 weeks into his tenure with a 2 week break gives him time to start to impart his own style of play and philosophy.
Remember, preparation is key.

I hope this is the case but he needs to make sure we are also disciplined. Talay himself was a hot head in his playing days and we have a knack for getting red cards in some big games as well (Brattan needs to make sure he doesn’t do anything reckless in particular).

Just woke up to a couple of personal greeting videos from Rhyan Grant & Gus Hoefsloot, as tonight is a milestone attendance game the missus appears to have sneakily contacted the club and arranged it as a surprise. She is a keeper, but also, I like to watch the favelas burn. FIRE UP!
