I think the circumstances around Vedran joining them are much more bitter than the circumstances of Jurman joining them. Jurman has said he wanted to come back to us and gave us first option, but Vedran wanted out and went about it completely the wrong way.

The club now has no need to be bitter in respect to the Vedran move because we got Redmayne in return and Vuka signed. There’s no need to flush Vedran down the memory hole and rewrite history as if he didn’t even exist.

Honestly, reading Seb’s views about Arnold’s treatment of guys outside the starting group has somewhat changed my view about the circumstances around Vedran’s departure.

I would certainly be sad to see him leave (if he does).
But if we are able to take a fee, it’s hard to not blame him for wanting to cash in whilst he still can.
Next question then is, how do we replace him?
