Cheers, I did briefly and lazily look at their website but wasn’t immediately visible.

Just got offered tickets for Thursday but even as a freebie I can’t be bothered.

Quite a lot of areas still on sale. Would guess there’s been 20-25k sold at most.

Think it’s going to be far worse than that.

No SFS Members as not a regular event so looks like they are only opening Level 2 West to the public, and it’s still got seats available and nothing on Level 4.
On the Eastern side seems like they aren’t even selling Level 2 or 4.
And almost every bay on the lower deck still has some availability.

The prices are a bit up their for a Thu night friendly for the casual followers that you need to show up to make it a sellout.

And I think the Wanderers v Everton game might be even worse.

Mate who is an ANZ (ed now Accor Stadium member (they do get free tix on Sat night - go figure) just offered me free tix to Commbank - up to 4 per member.

What’s an Accor Stadium when it’s not sponsored?

The Olympic Stadium

You think they could just say that yeah?

Save the confusion?

Am going. Have no idea what to expect. Has Corica said anything about how he will approach the match?

Don’t know, but I’m pretty sure we can guess what he’ll say in the presser after the match though

I have zero interest in friendlies - never been to one before. However, I’ve become moderately obsessed with Ange. It feels like every interview with him is sprinkled with a half dozen profound statements of life advice or football insights, so ended up getting tickets to this and a Night with Ange next Tuesday. Probably first and last friendly I’ll attend; as I find eurosnobs to be incredibly nauseating.

The only high-profile friendly I’ve attended was the Sydney - Everton match and the festivus of football.

It was entertaining, but not worth the price of admission to be honest sitting around Eurosnobs and people who were there I assume to chat shit about the A-League.

I’d honestly much rather a friendly against an NPL club, at an NPL Ground, with cheap tins of beer, a a sausage on a roll.

My philosophy is no one is fucking paying me to advertise the stadium brand.

Hence I call them the SFS & the Olympic Stadium.

I charge 6 figures minimum to be a shill for your brand.

That shit stadium that is a right fucking cunt to get to unless you’re homeless and live in the street outside it?

No wonder you had $800 million lying around for the stadium build.

The new stadium roof is going to have a mural of the Saudi Royal Family on it.

Mate, Mardi Gras is pretty soon, you can watch a guy with a beard get sucked off for much less than $70 there.

I’m kidding of course, it’s none of my business how you spend your dosh but I couldn’t justify the ticket price to watch Ange field softball questions by a sycophantic MC. The prices for the meet and greet wouldn’t look out of place for Elton John or Adele.

What if one respects Ange more than Elton or Adele?

You’re still getting hosed.
