Oh damn. Italia 90 was the first World Cup I watched and he had the cojones to bury that pen in the Final that Matheus did not.

Part of that trio of Germans along with Matthaus and Klinsmann which Inter assembled as their âforeign 3â in response to AC Milanâs three Dutchmen, and they won a fine scudetto, but weâre pipped to another by Samp.
Very much part of that early golden age of serie A which we were lucky to get regularly on weekly highlights.
