It is.
It is.
Oil??? Have they not factored in global warming???
ironically the next power phase is nuclear.
Sounds like too much work!
I’m in awe of your builds. I’ve got 100ish hours logged and just completed an aluminium factory and am struggling on how to turbo charge computers now. Nothing close to the scale you’re doing.
The trick is to start aggregating basic resources to 1 or 2 places where you can use assemblers and manufacturers to bulk build more complex components. In mid-game I find it useful to have a generic factory with loads of basics around with 8-12 assemblers creating bulk 2 ingredient items and storing them and 3-4 manufacturers that I can use to build 50-100 3 or 4 ingredient items to get access to new tech.
2 important assets are power slugs for overclocking and somersloops for doubling output, they’re very much worth exploring for.
I finished Stage 4 of Satisfactory, and I know stage 5 requires a huge amount of power for all the new machines that are required, so I’ve started rebuilding Power Islands, I completely cleared all four of the power setups and have rebuilt them to use a far more efficient fuel type which needs an extra stage of processing. So the 3 oil wells that previously produced a total of 6850 Mw now produce 15,750 Mw
I’m going to redo the big well, next that shoud produce another 20,000Mw
Is that the rocket fuel or whatever? Had a hectic few weeks where I haven’t been able to play anything but I think I’m ready to go again and will implement some of your recommends.
Sounds like you need soooo much power late game.
Yeah, it’s the rocket fuel.
Why’s that?
LOTR fan i guess, reminds me of childhood reading the books. For those occasions when i don’t feel like shooting orcs but just relax in the shire.
Loving the new Black Mesa Blue Shift mod. For anyone that hasn’t played it, they’ve remastered the original into the Half Life 2 engine. They’ve done enough that it feels like a new game, but it still 100% stays true to the original. Way more interactive, with even a few cutscenes etc. Really well done.
I was watching, thought it was a good show. Fails again at being an award show first really but i think we gotta accept this as it is as this point.
Okami sequel 18 years later got me feeling some kind of way.
Might be game of the year, AstroBot, but not my type of game. Same as with movie awards. Just because they won awards doesn’t mean it’s for me.
I’m currently enjoying The Great Circle, Indiana Jones game.
The first time I snuck up behind a fascist and broke a violin over their head I actually laughed out loud.
It’s so perfect.
Can’t stand it, fuck unskippable cut scenes.
I’ve started The Division 2 from scratch
Caves of Qud has the potential to be a truly life destroying game. Very addictive and the procedural generation really adds a huge layer of difference to each run.
How come?
