I suspected APL would do this as one of their first steps in taking over the broadcast production. Hill is basically synonymous with Australian football at this point and it’s a no-brainier to have him spearhead the commentary.
I’d absolutely love Peacock to head up the pre-match show or some sort of highlights show.
He’s an even handed host to balance out the Bozza,Harper & Speed buffoonery.
I suspect they may opt for some female hosts/analysts as well.
Love to see Tara back, what actually happened to her, is she still around at Fox?

This would be good. The female players they get in for the colour commentary in the W-League coverage are generally miles better than Archie and Bosnich.
I’d love to see more women on the A-League coverage and more men on the W-League coverage to really hammer home the point that they’re two halves of the same whole.

I have a lot of respect for Lucy Zelic, but I don’t enjoy listening to her. It’s not even the pronunciations, just the way she speaks like she’s had 5 coffees and hardly ever takes a breath just makes me feel uneasy.
I will 100% back attempting to pronounce names correctly over Fox commentators not giving a fuck.
It’s the pure smugness that shits me.
