It’s a bold move, but it just might work

World Nomad Games is where it’s at

Interesting little piece looking into who these blokes are:

Article doesn’t really say much. They name a few shareholders but can’t say where this money is coming from. You’d think they’ve borrowed a huge amount of cash on the hope that people will sign up. Problem is, I can’t see too many people getting subscriptions purely for Champions League. Like I said in a previous post, it’s getting to an extent that the market is getting so diluted that soon enough, people are going to spending a fortune for the same content that Foxtel used to have.

On a different note, wonder if it’s a relation to con-woman Samantha Azzopardi.

Something about these guys does feel fishy.

Like the Cockney wide boy who almost bought Perth Glory?

Sounds like an absolute spiv. I won’t be putting any hard earned in that direction and can only see it going tits up.
Hopefully the surprise competition means more likelihood of a decent deal for the A-League.

Suck it Gobbi.

Time for Messi to leave Farcalona & reconvene with his old mate Pep.

If there’s any chance of Messi playing in the Premier League then surely it is of the utmost importance that Stoke get promoted!?

PSG, Bayern, Manchester City all drawn on the same side of the draw for the quarters/semis. Means one of Real, Liverpool, Chelsea or Porto play in the final

What a tense affair in the final. Pep is looking cool under such extreme pressure

Didn’t even know it was on!

I mean, if one of the new money clubs had to win it, at least it was the one that had arsed it before.

No new members, thanks.
