Whilst obviously this game should never be going again, it’s good to see Pierias doing well again. Remember he got such hype initially then disappeared for a few years. It still amazes me people are born in the 2000s and are old enough to be pro footballers

No Brenton Speed royal inquisitions about whether it was off-side, handball etc. nor stats about how many minutes it has been since Tommy Oar scored his last goal.

Every time I watch Rose play I feel like I’m back watching men’s first grade on Sunday afternoon at my local suburban club. You know that feeling where there’s always one player, usually a striker, that no matter how much nothing they do, everyone still sees them as “the star” of the club.
