They’ve now banned MMA fighting.
They’ve cited it’s ‘too violent’ and ‘incompatible with Islamic law’. Because, y’know - their treatment of Women and general human rights is non-violent and compatible with Islamic Law. At least the Islamic Law that they “interpret” and make up willy nilly depending on how misogynistic and angry their leaders are feeling on a particular day.

Israel has launched punitive raids into the West Bank, claiming there is Iran-backed militias within the Palestinian Authority cities and refugee camps, especially in and around Jenin. One Israeli casualty up north with the gunmen alleged to be part of Hamas.
That part isn’t anything super new - but 3 cops were killed, and Israel has identified the killer as part of Fatah and a former Presidential Guard to Abu Mazen.
Hamas-Fatah unity agreement seems to have been a bit of a turning point in the PA’s generally compliant relationship with Israel.
There’s absolutely massive protests in Israel at the moment after 6 more hostages were found dead. The unions are calling for a general strike for Monday. They’re calling for Netanyahu to now step down. He may have overplayed his hand at this stage
