Christmas island only has Telstra reception.

Hooray. My work group teams chat is getting super nasty. We have two new employees, one a tattletale who is super particular about things and have to have every thing perfect versus a young very opinionated person who is at the first sight of something tricky or hard, bails and gets someone else to solve the issue.

The opinionated one went on a rant saying that the other person was a bully (which is a justifiable claim) and then was thrown out of the group chat.
On a side; is is bad form to call your recently departed boss (who’s a good guy) and tell him that he farked up big hiring these two people?
Now the opinionated one is back in group chat but the tattletale has kicked themselves out of the group chat and any questions will be sent directly to me and another colleague. Oh joy.
I feel your team needs instructions on work group chats.
